REDA Food Ingredients participated in the JRS META Seminar 2026 in Istanbul, hosted by JRS Rettenmaier Türkiye, for a technical exchange on functional fibres and their applications in food formulations.
The seminar provided an opportunity to deepen technical expertise, explore developments in fibre technologies and better understand their application in food formulations. It also brought teams together to exchange knowledge and strengthen collaboration with a long-standing manufacturing partner.
